Terms and Conditions for rental

 

Please read these conditions and the following important information before you book.

1. Contract

Your contract is with the owner of the study. You can book on their own or group of people who represent you by phone, mail or e-mail through our site. Upon receipt of all appropriate payments, we will confirm, subject to availability, the rent of the office by phone or by issuing a letter of confirmation that will be sent by mail or e-mail. By booking with us you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Prices

Rental prices are published on the site during the period or periods selected. It is assumed that the seller controls the price of the rent at the time of booking.

3. Payments

Final confirmation of your booking will be sent upon receipt of full payment for daily rent (DAY-OFFICE service) of the Medical Office. For other annual services (Office Service), expected 1 / 3 of the payment by the 1st day of use, 1 / 3 no later than the fourth month, 1 / 3 no later than the eighth month. The Global Billing will be done within a year of use.

The payment or payments can be made by bank transfer.

Following the total payment or 1 / 3 to speed up the process please send by fax to (+39) 095 2937029 a copy of transfer receipt, a copy of an identity document and tax code or VAT .

4. Cancellation

In the event that you want to cancel your reservation in full or in part, You should inform us by phone first, and then immediately confirm your cancellation with a letter or e-mail. The cancellation will result in the loss of the sums paid in advance, and also, if you cancel within 15 days before the booked period, you will be required to pay the balance. Cancellations will be accepted only if requested by the person who booked and it will take effect from the date of receipt of the letter.

5. Changes

Once done, if you wanted to change the reservation we would do our best to meet your requests. Any change is subject to availability and also the administrative payment of a sum of EUR 50.00.

6. Booking Transfer

If, after your booking is confirmed, you wanted to transfer it to another person, we would do everything possible to please you, but we can not guarantee that it can be transferred.

7. Changes and cancellations by us

Occasionally we have to make changes and correct errors on our website and other details both before and after the booking has been confirmed. We will try to avoid changes and cancellations, but we must reserve the right to do so. In case we need to make a substantial change or a cancellation you will be notified as soon as possible trying to provide an alternative at no additional cost.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

– For the property, we expect you take care.
– To leave the property in good condition and clean.
– For any damage to property and the accessories (furniture, medical equipment, PC systems, remote control system, software) or to a third party who is in this property with you, a member of your group or any person invited by you in the property.
– For any medical or other damage caused to the patients and his companions for your cause or your staff or medical secretary.
– Any fiscal and administrative problems or non-observance of laws on taxation, on privacy, on authorization to practice medicine and what to practice in a Medical Office.

Full payment for all sorts of damage or loss must be made directly to the owner of the study or who at the moment takes owner’s place. In the event that you do not do what you will be solely responsible for any subsequent complaint to your actions against us.

9. Our responsibilities

(1) We are committed to ensure that your activities within the office is conducted as provided in agreements and contracts with reasonable knowledge and attention to details.

(2) We are not responsible for any any personal injuries, illness, death, damage, expense, cost or other sum claimed for each aspect that comes from the following:

• the behavior (s) and / or omission (s) of person (s) that is incorrect or any other component of the group or

• the behavior (s) and / or omission (s) of third parties not connected with your activities within the office which were unforeseeable and unavoidable or

• ‘force majeure’.

10. Deposit for damage

A deposit is required on arrival by the owner or the one who represents the property. This must be paid in cash and then withdraw before departure from the Office. The sum of this amount will be stated on the booking confirmation letter. This deposit protects against accidental damage, telephone costs, heating, cooling, and any other service that is extra, as specified in the property description.

11. Heating, cleaning, telephone

If there is any objection that has not been established and / or processed prior to departure a refund may be requested within 30 days of notification of the charge. This will also include the costs for extra cleaning if the office was left in an unreasonable state.

12. Force majeure

Exception of cases explicitly clarified in these conditions, we can not accept responsibility for bad performances or parts of our agreements and obligations when they are affected by force majeure, or if for this, you suffer any damage or loss. Force majeure means any event which we or our service providers could not foresee or avoid. Events such as war or similar, riots, terrorist acts, industrial impacts, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and similar events out of control.

13. Complaints

We hope you will be pleased with every aspect of your professional activity within the office. However in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied you can send your complaint in writing within 15 days of the end use of the Office.

14. Special Requests

If you have any special requests (eg video conferencing, copier, fax, etc..), you must notify us in writing at the time of booking. We can not guarantee that every request will be accepted. All bookings will be treated as standard. Unfortunately for the structure of local access for persons with disabilities, is not facilitated by ‘ad hoc’ services.

15. Law

Your contract is governed by Italian law and jurisdiction will be in Ragusa.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 

Medical Office Time Slots

There are two time slots for consultations with patients. The time slot 9:00 to 14:00 and in the afternoon from 15:00 to 20:00. If you choose the half-day plan, access to the Office is provided at 8.30 or 14.30. In these half-day plans is necessary to leave the office before 14.30 pm or before 20.30. If you choose the full day plan, you can stay at the office continuously from 9.00 to 20.00. Any changes must be agreed upon time.

Cleaning

The premises are delivered clean and tidy and we assumes that you have left in order prior to departure, particular attention will be given to equipment and medical aids. You will be asked to pay extra for rooms left in unreasonable conditions.

Electricity

The consumption of electricity is included.

Heating / air conditioning

Use of Heating and Air Conditioning is included.

Water

Use water sparingly. From time to time there may be interruptions in the public provision of water, especially in high season or during periods when water is rationed. But we can not be responsible for local laws.

Office Disposable

Disposable bed sheets are available, more specific material is not included. It’s forbidden to throw syringes, needles, gauze bandages, disposable material, as the disposal of special waste is not possible and disposing of these materials outside of what the law requires, is a criminal offense and will be denounced to the competent authorities.

Internet

Internet via cable and / or wireless is included for the duration of the stay. Connection interruptions due to failures or problems of any kind related to the provider, can not give rise to claims of any kind. The history of connections and sites visited will be recorded in a log file and when requested by the competent authorities, for reasons of safety and / or crimes of various kinds, it will be delivered with-user’s host.

Phone

A wireless phone with a fixed regional number is available. The incoming calls are totally free. The outgoing calls are possible and the costs will be charged as resulting on call details. Being a VOIP telephony service, even the green numbers and emergency calls will cost.
